Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:

  • The event is officially cancelled by TicsMania or the event organizer.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of personal plans
  • Late arrival or no-show
  • Dislike of event content/performance
  • Venue preference issues
  • Accidental bookings
  • Internet/payment/device issues from user side

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–15 working days depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.
