Refunds are applicable only under the following condition:
- The event is officially cancelled by TicsMania or the event organizer.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of personal plans
- Late arrival or no-show
- Dislike of event content/performance
- Venue preference issues
- Accidental bookings
- Internet/payment/device issues from user side
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–15 working days depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.
